The total area of 225 acres is divided into sloping areas of 4,000 m² to 5,000 m² and can build today: 200 m² underground utility areas, 200 m² ground floor main rooms and 100 m² lofts.
The site has the ability to build a tourist unit with specific building requirements. Within the next 2 to 3 months, it is awaiting the approval of the General Urban Plan of the Municipality of Kassandra where this area is suggested as an area for tourism development with applicability of the law on private urbanization. In this case, a minimum area of 50 acres is required and the building conditions are more favourable to the exploitation rate approaching 15 %.
The area is waterfront, accessible from the highway of Thessaloniki – Moudania and is located 82 km from the airport of Thessaloniki. The distance to Kassandra health centre is 6km.
