Greece’s new favorable regulations on granting residence permits to third-country citizens whose investments are characterized as “strategic” or those who buy property in Greece, the value of which exceeds 250,000 euros, will be presented in Athens next week.

Invest in Greece Agency, in cooperation with the Greek Development and Competitiveness Ministry and the Greek Interior Ministry, will hold a briefing and working session on “Residence permits to Third-Country Citizens for strategic investments and real estate ownership.”

The session will be held on Monday, 23 September, at the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Athens.
