Litopenaeus Vannamei is an economically important marine organism. It is a species of crustaceans and an internationally desirable species with high prices, with rich nutritional quality and one of the best types of shrimp.

Vanammei red sea shrimps

Its excellent flavour and texture are the result of a combination of low impact aquaculture practices and  unique environmental conditions.

The high salinity of the Red Sea is giving Red Sea Shrimp its unique taste. We source Vanammei from low density ponds alongside the coast, guarantee that our products are free of the muddy taste that is often noticed when farmed in other parts of the world.

Health Benefits:

Red Sea Shrimp is an excellent source of protein (21.6 g per 100 g serving). Low in fats, calories and carbohydrates.

Our shrimps are: grown in low density ponds, have full traceability, are suitable for kids because of their mild flavour and cooking versatility, have a unique sweet flavour and are shorted at “harvest to freezer” times to capture and maintain freshness.

Product Format:

Head on, headless, peeled deveined, peeled deveined tail on and sushi quality standard products. All in IQF, SIQF and fresh forms.
